HID Global's OMNIKEY® 5427CK Reader operates in virtually any PC environment. Independent of the operating system and use case, the reader’s interface provides the ideal solution with no need to install or maintain drivers. This removes complex software lifecycle management issues in the field and accelerates time to market while allowing the user to become part of the iCLASS SE® platform.
The platform offers a secure, standards based technology-independent and flexible solution based on Secure Identity Object (SIO), a new portable and open credential methodology. Thanks to its functionality, data from the bracelet can be retrieved and transformed for direct input into applications using keystroke emulation and therefore eliminates the need for organizations to manually enter identity data into applications. In addition the reader includes an integrated, easy-to-use web-based management tool that enables intuitive browser-based configuration without the need for special training.
The OMNIKEY® 5427CK supports low and high frequency technology within a single device that enables seamless credential migration and mixed technology environments. The reader includes support for a wide range of low and high frequency bracelet technologies, including HID Prox®, MIFARE® Classic, MIFARE DESFire® EV1, EV2 and iCLASS®, as well as iCLASS SE®, iCLASS® Elite, and other SIO-enabled credentials. For embedded applications, the OMNIKEY 5427CK is also available as a reader board – dedicated Developer Tool Kit provides all of the necessary tools and documentation to shorten integration cycles and to accelerate time to market with finished products.

The best Policy you can have is the simplest one. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your purchase. A refund will be issued to the card used on the purchase. You must return the product to Inpulse to receive a refund. Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). You can return the product at any local Inpulse partner concierge desk as well. Inpulse warrants to the original purchaser that your Inpulse-branded device shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, except that if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Inpulse product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period".) If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by Inpulse within the applicable Warranty Period, Inpulse will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product.
